Explore 2018

October 12 - October 13

Event Navigation

Explore is for individuals interested in exploring a call to ordained ministry with the CBAC.

  • Date & Location: October 12-13, Moncton, NB (Location TBA)
  • Register below!
  • Cost: CBAC is covering the cost of the event which includes meals and assessments.
  • To Pastors: We need your help to raise the profile of the call to ministry within our CBAC churches. As leaders we are to be cultivating, multiplying and pouring into potential leaders in our churches. Have you witnessed the ministry potential in someone recently? Is it time to encourage them to take the next step and consider the call? We need you to tell them about Explore!

Explore will help you:

  • discover who the CBAC is,
  • discover who you are and your call through the use of an Emotional Intelligence Profile, Personality Profile, Spiritual Gift Inventory and conversations.

For those who are planning on coming before the Board of Ministerial Standards and Education this is a prerequisite before appearing at the Board for your initial interview. During the event we will address topics of the CBAC core values, where the CBAC is headed, what Acadia Divinity College can offer and how does the Board of Ministerial Standards and Education fit into the process of ordination and credentials.

Explore is a Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC) event sponsored by the Board of Ministerial Standards.
