Is your congregation engaged in the right conversation? Are your conversations civil and fruitful? We are co-sponsoring an event to help tackle these questions, called Healthy Conversations, Healthy Churches. This event, Oct. 28–Nov. 1, is a partnership between the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada, the Vineyard Church, and the Anglican Church. The event will be hosted at the Villa Madonna Retreat House, Rothesay (NB).

Through the activities and sessions at Healthy Conversations, Healthy Churches, we hope and pray that you will better learn to lead and facilitate the most important conversations in your church, and that you will work through conflict and make it work for you and your congregation to lead to deeper engagement and greater organizational health & capacity.

This event includes:

• Three days of restorative practices training and application by Anne Martin of FaithCARE and Bill Bickle of NCD Canada
• Two days on growing churches naturally by Bill Bickle
