NCD Canada will welcome Christian A. Schwarz, president and founder of the Institute of Natural Church Development (NCD International) to give a one-day seminar/workshops on his latest books in the 3 Color Discipleship Series of Natural Church Development, The 3 Colors of Community and The 3 Colors of Leadership in Moncton, NB on Monday May 14, 9:00am – 4:30pm at Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church. Christian will present the insights and information gathered in his world-wide research into community building (Holistic Small Groups) and empowerment (Empowering Leadership).

NCD has been used by many churches in our Convention as an instrument that assists congregations assess their health in eight key areas (leadership, ministry, spirituality, structures, worship services, small groups, evangelism, relationships). After identifying the congregation’s “minimum factor”, or its area of greatest need, NCD invites the congregation to take steps to improve in that area. NCD is a tool that is used in many denominations throughout the world and has a proven track record as an effective tool for assisting churches achieve greater vibrancy and health.

The cost for registration is $95 and includes the results of Communal Test and the Empowerment Test and lunch. Participants will also receive an additional Empowerment Test for a friend or colleague.
